To say I was excited about this book is a huge understatement. I adore Emma Chase's writing and I've been addicted to this series. When I found out this book was about Logan and Ellie I couldn't stop smiling-or counting the days until I could read it. This book had me swooning, sighing, laughing and falling ever so much more in love with these characters.

Ellie Hammond is one of the most fun characters I've read in a long time. We're introduced to her in Royally Screwed as Olivia's younger sister, and she seems to be a normal, funny, sweet young woman. Emphasis on young as she was still in high school at the time and going through some growing pains. Royally Endowed gives us the chance to watch Ellie grow into a smart, sweet, and strong young woman. I love the woman she becomes. She's funny and utterly charming. Ellie is the exact type of woman I'd want to be friends with. She has a knack for soothing others and she really shines in this book.

Nothing prepared me for Logan. Nothing. I knew I'd love him, but I didn't expect to LOVE him. He's so, so protective-a good quality in a bodyguard-but it's more than that. He has his own demons to fight in this book, some that I wasn't exactly expecting either, and watching him grow through them was a joy.

The longing in this book between these characters killed me in the best possible way. They have a spark between them, no matter how much Logan tries to fight it. Watching him finally succumb to those feelings? INCREDIBLE. Absolutely incredible. There was a scene that had me in tears, then had me smiling. Their relationship isn't the easiest but it's a wonderful one to read.

The supporting characters here had me grinning. I loved getting to sneak peeks back into Nicholas and Olivia's and Henry and Sarah's lives. These people are family, and they felt like MY family. I was invested in them all, in their happiness and success.
There was a twist I didn't expect here. There's a touch of drama that I thought for sure I had figured out but I was 100% wrong-and I was glad to be wrong. But it was so well written I just didn't see it coming.

The pacing of this book worked perfectly. As a reader I wanted to see Ellie, and Logan, grow and I love how the author handled that. The brief glimpses we got into them at different ages was just the right amount for me.

This is a book I'll go back and read again. I didn't want to say goodbye to these characters. As I mentioned, they felt like a family. This series ended in the best possible way for me-and I wouldn't want anything to have been handled differently.

If you haven't read the first book in this series, go!! Go read book one and two so that you can fully enjoy Ellie and Logan's story. This book was sweet, sexy and special. My eyes were puffy from reading through the night but my heart was overflowing after this book. I absolutely recommend this title.

  

  

Ellie But then the mood shifts, as if the air becomes thicker, weighted, more . . . sultry. Because slowly, Logan sinks down to one knee in front of me—looking in my eyes the whole time. In this position, I could touch his shoulders, comb my fingers through his thick, dark hair. If you wear a skirt, the strap will fit around your thigh.” And I almost laugh. Most girls get a ring from a guy on his knees. I get a murder weapon. But still, it makes me feel safe . . . watched over. Like I’m something precious that deserves to be protected. I take the knife from him, testing the surprisingly solid, heavy weight of it in my hand. I press my index finger to the tip. Logan grabs my wrist tightly. “Careful. It’s sharp.” There’s a small, painless nick, a tiny bead of blood, so I put my finger in my mouth, sucking. And Logan’s watching me again. Watching my mouth. His chest seems to rise just a little faster, and his throat ripples when he swallows. He bends his head, curves his strong back, and then I feel his hands on my ankle, securing the strap. His touch is warm and self-assured. It’s the way he always moves—confident and experienced. Logan knows his body and he knows how to use it, in every way possible. I almost moan. The sound is in the back of my throat, but I keep it trapped. I never knew the ankle was an erogenous zone, but it sure as hell is now. A hot pulse of pleasure streaks from Logan’s fingers on my bare skin, up my thigh, between my legs. And I throb there, growing swollen and heavy as he keeps his hands on me. Can he tell?
