I liked Sienna. I thought she was smart and fun. I'm a dancer, and a curvy one at that, so I liked getting to read about someone so relatable to me personally. I could understand her insecurities, her hopes and dreams. I did like her interactions with Case in the workplace; I thought that portion was characterized very well. Sometimes I forgot how young she was but I think the Author did a good job in making that age realistic.
I liked Case, but it did take me a little bit to warm up to him. He's gruff and stressed-which hey, what person isn't these days-but there was something just holding me back from him a bit. He did win me over and I was rooting for him to make things work with Sienna.
These two had chemistry, but neither wanted to act on it initially. I think that might have been part of my hesitancy connecting the two of them together, but once they kissed I was all in. I liked seeing them connect, both in and out of the bedroom, and I did believe in their connection.
The pacing of the book was good, and the writing was strong. I wasn't sure how these two were going to fit together, but they really did. I enjoyed this title overall and would recommend it.
Sienna and Case are coworkers...well, he's her boss. Who just happens to be a male escort writing a book about sex who needs some additional help in the office, and with organizing his book.
It's a fabulous and fun set up. And, for me it mostly worked...although there definitely were some times when I felt the chemistry wasn't as strong between them as other parts in the book, I definitely felt the connection overall and I enjoyed this title.
I recommend this title.
