I have truly enjoyed this series so far and was both excited and dreading this book. Excited because I wanted this story and dreading because I wasn't quite ready to say goodbye to this family. This book made me chuckle and shake my head and I even teared up a time or two. Overall, I enjoyed this book.

This book is not a standalone-at all. If you haven't read the others go back and read your way through the series; I am sure you won't regret it. But don't start here!

I really liked Scarlet. I appreciated how she worked through things on her own and that she held her ground on some things. She's done playing around with Trevor and waiting for him to come to his senses.

I was worried about Trevor. After reading the other books I wasn't sure if I could fall for him. But I did. He wound up winning me over and showing me some growth and maturity. He earned my respect in this book for sure.

Scarlet and Trevor definitely have chemistry, it's just a matter of Trevor growing up and getting over his fear of commitment. I liked his progression throughout the book and I understood Scarlet's feelings on it as well. I loved seeing their journey towards happy ever after; because it was definitely a journey. These two had their work cut out for them and they rose to the occasion.

As with all the other books in this series we did get to see all of the rest of the Parker clan as well. Seeing how this was the last book in the series I fully expected that. I will say there was a bit more of the rest of the family in this book and I think they almost overshadowed Scarlet and Trevor at times. I love them, don't get me wrong, but I did want a tiny bit more of just Scarlet and Trevor together.

I am sad to see this series end, it's one I'll go back and reread (in order again :) )This book made me laugh and gave me some teary moments and I overall enjoyed it. I recommend this book and this series.
