I am an F1 fan and a fan of this author as well, so I was really excited to get my hands on an early copy of this title.

Blair and Lachlan didn't disappoint. I believed in their relationship. I also believed in the conflict as upsetting a team, and teammates can cause all sorts of issues (just ask Alpine 2024 if you have questions on how that goes) and dating the ex of your teammate is about as forbidden as you will get in F1.

I liked how the relationship progressed and I believed in the way it evolved as well as the way it was revealed, without getting too spoiler-y on that, I felt like the drama and the reactions to it felt authentic, which is definitely something that isn't always the case when the couple is "discovered" in a forbidden romance story.

As for the rest of what happens, I am going to leave you to learn that when you read it. I will say, the next book in the series is one I am looking forward to a lot after reading this one.

Carson and Brynlee were perfection. I am not even sure what else to say other than that.

I mean, perfection isn't easy, and I am picky, probably pickier than most, so when I say this book had it all, I mean it.

Honestly, it's my favorite of all the books in this series, and I have enjoyed all of them. And, now we get to the part where I say I am not able to tell you why I like it so much because a lot of what I like are the way the book was written and how the author presented certain things and how she handled guiding the characters through that, and that is all way too spoiler-y to include in a review.

I am sad to see this series end, but if the trade off is a book like this one and the end of the series, I am absolutely willing to accept that.

I enjoyed and recommend this title.
