There are certain authors that I pick up a book and know I am going to enjoy it, and Sandra Brown is one of them, and I definitely enjoyed John, Beth and Mutt.
As has been the case with this author's titles for a while, this one is more story forward, with the romance in the background, but as I was interested and engaged in the story, it kept this one moving quickly. The story line was interesting, the characters engaging, and I really wanted to know what happened to Chrissy.
And the gotcha moment...well, it got me. As usual. But for some reason, even though you know there will be that moment in this author's books, this particular gotcha I never once considered...so it was a lot of fun.
I enjoyed and recommend this title.
