Time passes, life happens to both of them, and they find themselves back in the same place, this time working together. The conversations between them are compelling for how real they are, and how much they force both of them to grow and to face things in their lives that maybe they have been avoiding.
Their connection is steamy, but it's also really emotional, it feels real, and it feels like two people who are trying to figure out where to go from where they are, when that location wasn't one they ever thought they would find themselves in.
And, while I know you aren't supposed to judge a book by it's cover, there is something I love about this one.
