I cannot tell you how relatable Abby was for me. I went into this book knowing I was going to love Tommy, but Abby quickly became one of my favorite Emma Chase heroines. She's so smart and strong-yet she has this vulnerable side that just draws you in. I want to be friends with Abby, and I championed her throughout this entire book-even when I wanted to shake her at one point. I understood her and was so happy to see her growth in the book.
Tommy Sullivan. I have been waiting for this man's story since first meeting him in the Royally Series. Now, Dirty Charmer is definitely a standalone; you don't need to know those books to enjoy this one. And enjoy you will-I guarantee it. Tommy is sharp and funny and so clever. I love his protective nature. This man made me swoon over and over.
The connection between these two is just electric. You can feel their chemistry ooze off the page. I couldn't stop smiling at the two of them together. Now, their sexy times were definitely hot and steamy, but I loved watching them outside of the bedroom as well. I believed in their relationship and I was rooting for them from start to finish.
This book has such a wonderful cast of supporting characters. They enhance Abby and Tommy without taking over-even though some of them definitely could. This book flowed so well for me, and I truly felt I was IN the book. I didn't want it to end.
Emma Chase is a one click author. I will buy her books without reading the blurb, she's that good. This story is a special one and I loved ever minute of it. I absolutely recommend this book and would give it more than five stars if I could.
