I have to confess I've already read this book more than once-that's how much I love it. This forbidden, age gap, swoontastic book just hit all the right notes for me. I was immediately hooked and could NOT stop reading; I needed to see just how these characters handled everything coming their way and I was not disappointed.

Bridger quickly moved up the list of book boyfriends for me. Watching him try to resist Harlow and seeing him fall for her was so, so, so satisfying. I could feel his hesitation, his aching, his want for her warring with what he felt he should do and how he thought he should feel. I loved every second of watching him fall and seeing how he cared for Harlow. He had his own brand of swoon that just did it for me.

I couldn't help but love Harlow. I love her spunk, her sass and her determination. She knew what she wanted and she wasn't afraid to go for it. I can appreciate that in anyone! I understood her and I truly liked her. I thoroughly enjoyed watching her pursue Bridger.

The tension in this book is so perfectly done. It's edgy and hot and had me biting my lip the whole time just WAITING for them to be together. I am serious when I say you'll want a fan handy with this one; it's deliciously sexy.

I didn't want to leave these characters when I finished the book. I felt like I could live in this little world happily-and that's how I know it's a book I'll come back to again and again. The audio was fantastic-Vanessa Edwin and Joe Arden gave Harlow and Bridger such a vivid voice. I loved, loved, loved it.

I cannot wait to see what Lauren Blakely gives us next. This swoony, sexy, forbidden romance is definitely one of my favorites. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it.

Age. Gap.

It's like catnip. And when it's by Lauren Blakely and has characters as great as Harlow and Bridger?

The book is like catnip with a side of extra catnip.

If you can't tell, I love a good age gap romance. I'd probably read an age gap were it set in a fake country. (If you know you know, LOL) Well, maybe. But that's not the point.

This book was just fun. The chemistry worked, the conflict worked, the concerns about the gap in their ages worked. It was all just good.
