THE PRINCE OF PARK AVENUE FINALLY MEETS HIS MATCH IN A FEISTY MANHATTAN PRINCESS.

I’ve made every one of my billions of dollars myself—I’m calculating, astute and the best at what I do. It takes drive and dedication to build what I have. And it leaves no time for love or girlfriends or relationships.

But don’t get me wrong, I’m not a monk.

I understand the attention and focus it takes to seduce a beautiful woman. They’re the same skills I use to close business deals. But one night is where it begins and ends. I’m not the guy who sends flowers. I’m not the guy who calls the next day.

Or so I thought before an impatient, smart-talking, beyond beautiful heiress bursts into my world.

When Grace Astor rolls her eyes at me—I want to hold her against me and show her what she’s been missing.

When she makes a joke at my expense—I want to silence her sassy mouth with my tongue.

And when she leaves straight after we f*ck with barely a goodbye—it makes me want to pin her down and remind her of the three orgasms she just had.

She might be a princess but I’m going to show her who rules in this Park Avenue bedroom.
I knew I was going to enjoy Park Avenue Prince but I didn't know how much I was going to LOVE it. This book had me sighing, laughing and swooning. I was rooting so very hard for Sam and Grace to be able to find their happy and when they did? I had to take a minute and just breathe them in.

Sam Shaw was so not what I was expecting him to be. I mean that in the best possible way. His backstory was unique and heartbreaking but seeing him grow and change from his past was just beautiful. I don't want to spoil anything there but watching him realize he wanted something he thought he could never have was great. His pursuit of Grace had me sighing and dying to be her, even just for a day.

Grace was everything I wanted her to be. Stronger than she thought, witty, sweet and determined. Seeing her fall for Sam had me grinning since he confused her so very much. She had such a big heart and seeing it full of love for Sam was wonderful.

The chemistry between these two was instantaneous. Some people are just meant for one another and there soul recognizes that-and I think that's exactly what happened here. They had everything together-heat, heart and humor. I just loved them.

This book is a standalone but does mention characters from one of Louise Bay's previous books. However, if you haven't read that other book (King of Wall Street-and why haven't you?!) you'll be perfectly fine reading this book. This is a sweet, sexy, whirlwind romance that I highly recommend.
Grace and Sam were fun. They were hot, flirty and the attraction felt real.

Louise Bay is a favorite of mine, as I always enjoy her books. Always, and this was no exception. I thought the pacing was mostly good, although it was a little slow for me in the beginning, which I think may be my mood more than the book itself.

Once it got going, once it was Sam and Grace, this book was dynamite for me. And I really enjoyed it.

I loved the glimpse into the art world, their different perceptions of art, and the way they made that work with for their relationship as it evolved from one of attraction to one that was a lot deeper.

I liked that, for Sam and Grace, their pasts were what defined them...not because they were still stuck in those patterns, but that they were so focused on getting away that anything that felt remotely like that was ignored, fought against, or run away from. This made the push and pull of the plot and the characters really interesting.

Overall, I really liked this book, and I enjoyed it.
