This was a twist on the accidental pregnancy trope that I ended up enjoying. The idea that they were a one night stand, never expecting to see one another again, but surprise.
Neve and Tate had a connection that I believed, which is really important in a story like this, as I want to believe that the characters were potentially brought together by the baby, but stay together because of the connection they have with one another, and I believed that with this story.
I liked their chemistry, and the different challenges that her being pregnant added to the story, while also allowing it to be about two people who really were perfect for one another. I also liked that we got to see some of their connection before the baby, so we knew as readers that there was always something between them for them to build on.
