Reviewing the book two is almost always the hardest of the reviews to write for a trilogy. This one is no exception. I don't want to spoil the things to come, or the things that have happened, and you can't really talk about the book without doing one of those two.

Holden and Rowan are in exactly the same place at the start of this book as they were at the end of book 1. Their chemistry is still amazing, and I really enjoyed the way their relationship was handled in this title, as it gave enough for the reader to stay invested, while putting enough in their way that it kept it interesting.

Often, at least in my opinion, trilogies tend to be too long, and it often feels like the book in the middle is merely filler, but that was not the case with this title, as there is more than enough going on, that was set up well in the first book, to have everything that happened in this title feel important and like it moved the story forward.

I am definitely anticipating the conclusion of this, with bells on you could say. And, I am very curious to know what happened off page at the end of this one...but I will have to wait for the next one to get that answer.

I enjoyed and recommend this title.
