Hatch and Summer are a runaway bride, forced proximity, acquaintances to lovers story, and I absolutely enjoyed it.
I loved getting to know Summer with Hatch and that the little pieces of her backstory were revealed to us as they were to him. It kept me guessing what was going to happen next, while also making the story move well as there was always something new to learn or to process, especially for Hatch.
I love a good hockey romance, and add in the forbidden of this one because you really shouldn't get involved with a teammate's ex, and you have a read that is fun and hard to put down.
