I have no idea why I love sports romance, I hate sports. And yet, if it's got a hero in the book who is in any sort of professional sport, and the book is like catnip.

So, I really enjoyed Eden and Cole's story. I loved the idea that they have a history that goes back before they became the people they are now, and I loved how determined Cole was that their history and who they were to one another mattered more than anything that happened to split them up or any events in the years between.

There was just enough of the sports in the story for you to remember, and feel, like he was in the NFL without it being too much for someone who can barely tell a football from a baseball (me) and it added to the story and gave it a lot of depth.

This story had, as I said, depth, which is something I have come to expect from this author and why I will read anything she writes.
