What can I say about this, really?
It's Sierra Simone, it's absolutely as scorchingly hot as you are expecting. Seriously, from the first meeting with Caleb, the attraction jumps off the page and you know that the scenes with them are going to be intense, sexy, and fun.
I was not disappointed. Add in Ben (you know this is coming from the beginning) and OMG it makes me want to spend time in barns in Kansas, just in case they are as interesting in real life as they are in this story. (I am guessing they aren't as I feel I would have heard, but it still feels like it might be worth investigating.)
It's a shorter novel, so pacing wise it is a instalove story, but as the attraction is so strong, you believe in the attraction and the relationship with Caleb, Ben, and Ireland.
When a story focus on a threesome, it's important that each character exists both in the relationship and outside of it...and in this story, I liked the characters, I felt that they had depth and were interesting both within the relationship and separately. I liked that Ben and Caleb had a relationship that was separate from the one they developed with Ireland...and I liked that Ireland was able to develop separate relationships with Ben and Caleb.
I definitely enjoyed this story, and I recommend it.
The minute I saw this blurb I had grabby hands for this book. I knew it would be hot and sexy and I was NOT disappointed. Sierra Simone has another scorcher on her hands with this one.
I'm always fascinated with books labeled curvy-because I wonder what curvy exactly means to the Author. I think everyone has a different perspective on that. I loved Sierra's descriptions; I could envision Ireland perfectly.
This book is on the shorter side, but it definitely packs a punch into its pages. There's an instant attraction and connection between Ireland and Ben and Caleb. I believed in it from the start. I wanted to see how this trio would mesh and come together (no pun intended) and I truly thought it worked well here. The sex was sizzling hot and I definitely needed a fan when I was done with this one.
While the book is short, the plot and character development isn't. I felt like I got to know all of these characters. I liked them as people. The writing flowed perfectly and like I said, it's sizzling hot. I enjoyed this book and absolutely recommend it.
Sierra is a voracious reader of all things including the smuttiest smut, young adult, piles of non-fiction for research, and everything Bill Bryson (especially on audio).
She loves writing the dirtiest things that she can think of, King Arthur, sparkling water, Tarot, coffee, leggings, and learning new words daily.
Her previous jobs have included firing ceramics, teaching living history lessons in a one-room schoolhouse in full, 1908-approved school marm attire, and working as a librarian for several years—not in that order
She lives in the Kansas City area with her hot cop husband, two children, and two giant dogs. (And two cats, but they're so naughty we don't talk about them.)
The social media she cares about the most are Spotify and (her very very NSFW) Tumblr. Following her in those places is a true love language, indeed.
