Misadventures is a romantic series of spicy standalone novels, each written or co-written by some of the best names in romance. The stories are scandalous, refreshing, and, of course, incredibly sexy. They’re the perfect bedside read, a ‘quick blush’ for the reader who loves a page-turning romance.

Sierra Simone is a favorite of mine, for books like this one, and for all of the other books of hers I have loved. her writing is a wonderful mix of erotic, steamy and heart with characters that you love.

Zandy and Oliver have a meeting on the street of London, and it is one of those once in a lifetime meetings, the ones that are seemingly pre-ordained but also a complete accident.

And. as life (and novels) often do, they have their one night encounter and then discover that they are in fact the student and professor who are supposed to not only work together, but live together in Oliver's secluded home in the English countryside.

So, we have forbidden attraction, 2 people who can't stay away from one another, a whole bunch of reasons they should...and Sierra Simone writing it to make sure all of the possible heat is added to the story.

I enjoyed this title. There were a few places I was not sure things would have happened as they did, but, overall, I believed the story and liked the characters.

I recommend this title.
