Crazy Over You was my first book from Daisy Prescott but it won't be my last. This easy, fun read caught me right from the start. It was mostly light, well written and a bit steamy-a great way to spend an afternoon.
This book is a second chance romance of sorts; our hero and heroine had one night together in the past but that was it. Circumstances brought them back together-each thinking initially that the other didn't remember who they were. I truly enjoyed watching them circle back to each other.
Mara had me laughing-and honestly, Jesse did as well. But there were emotions in this book that I didn't expect to feel in some spots but I loved the surprise of them. I won't say why, but I definitely needed tissues at one point but then was giggling a page later. I was fully invested in these two as a couple-they completely won me over.
The supporting characters in this book were equally as fun. In order to love a book I have to love the people in it-and I loved each and every one of these characters. I didn't read the first book in this series but I'll definitely be going back to it, and am anticipating the next release.
